In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "777pin" means the online gaming platform operated at 777pin.vip and all related services, software, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 777pin platform, through which all gaming, financial transactions, and communications are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 777pin account at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, or free bet credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, bingo, fishing game, sports bet, or other wagering activity available through the 777pin platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all 777pin players in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation, authorisation, licensing, and supervision of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" / "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all 777pin accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the 777pin website, mobile interface, and all associated software, content, games, and services accessible via 777pin.vip.
• "Restricted Person" means any person who is below the age of 21 years, a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is prohibited by law, an employee or contractor of 777pin or its affiliates, or a person subject to a self-exclusion order.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in individual promotion terms) must be wagered before any withdrawal of funds associated with that bonus may be processed.

By accessing the 777pin platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time (collectively, the "777pin Terms").

These Terms apply to all use of the 777pin platform, including use via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application interface provided by 777pin. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing 777pin on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. You further represent that all information you have provided or will provide to 777pin is accurate, current, and complete.

Access to and use of the 777pin platform is strictly limited to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is imposed in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming regulations and Philippine law governing gaming activities. 777pin strictly enforces age verification for all accounts.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful under the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 777pin, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, or technology suppliers — or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued by 777pin or any gaming regulatory authority.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming unit or any similar programme.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise for the purpose of placing wagers on 777pin.

To access the full range of 777pin games and services, players must complete the account registration process at 777pin.vip/777pin-login. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 777pin account at any time. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777pin employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended and balances derived from fraudulent or duplicate activity forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person. 777pin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 777pin support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 KYC and Identity Verification

777pin is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct KYC verification on all players. Players may be required to submit identity documentation at any time, including at withdrawal. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process may include verification of identity, age, address, and source of funds for larger transaction amounts.

777pin accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified:

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 777pin reserves the right to return deposits to source and suspend an account where deposits are made from payment instruments not belonging to the account holder.

Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the USD/PHP exchange rate published by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, subject to 777pin's applicable conversion spread.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their 777pin account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account has completed KYC verification to the level required for the withdrawal amount requested.
• No active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding on the funds being withdrawn. Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• The withdrawal is requested to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 777pin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all payment methods except USDT TRC20, which has a minimum equivalent of ₱500.

777pin targets GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within 5 minutes of approval for standard account holders, and within their guaranteed windows for Gold and Diamond VIP members respectively. Bank transfer withdrawals targeting BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one business day of approval.

777pin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review period.

777pin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the minimum account verification level specified for the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of funds associated with the bonus is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated explicitly in each offer's terms.
• 777pin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time where it believes a Player is exploiting the promotion, acting in bad faith, or where the bonus was offered in error.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players who activate a new bonus before completing an existing bonus's wagering requirement forfeit the prior bonus and its associated winnings.
• Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the Player to whom they were issued and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item of value.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Bets placed in excess of the maximum permitted bonus bet may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings generated by the excess bet.

All games available on the 777pin platform operate according to their respective published game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. The following general rules apply across all 777pin games:

• RNG (Random Number Generator) slot and table games use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained human dealers in licensed studio environments. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) in full view of the camera feed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or RNG game session, 777pin's systems will complete the round according to recorded game state data. Where this is not technically possible, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• 777pin reserves the right to void any bet or game result that results from a technical malfunction, software error, human error by a live dealer, or any circumstance that renders the outcome of the game unreliable.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, macros, or any other tool designed to automate betting decisions on 777pin is strictly prohibited.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 777pin platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including false age declarations.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to place bets or generate outcomes that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Using any form of automated betting software, script, bot, or artificial intelligence to make betting decisions on the platform.
• Accessing the 777pin platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, or using a VPN or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes through a payment provider in relation to 777pin deposits that were legitimately processed.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 777pin staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content on the 777pin platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, video streams, audio, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777pin or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777pin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any 777pin content without prior written authorisation from 777pin.

The 777pin name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 777pin and may not be used in any manner that could cause confusion, disparage the brand, or imply endorsement without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pin's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the 777pin platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by the Player to their account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

777pin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the 777pin platform.
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, network outages, or other events beyond 777pin's reasonable control.
• Interruptions or delays in platform access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Errors in information provided to the platform by third-party data suppliers, including sports results, live odds, or game outcome data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777pin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

777pin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered 777pin players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, no further real-money wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders are available at configurable intervals displaying time elapsed and net gaming activity for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, account access, deposits, and wagering are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the 777pin platform via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. Self-excluded players are barred from creating new accounts and are removed from promotional marketing communications.

777pin strictly enforces the minimum gaming age of 21 years. Any account found to be operated by a person below this age will be immediately terminated and all funds held in the account will be returned to the payment source after deducting any losses incurred, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

777pin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, fraudulent, or materially misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player's account is associated with suspicious financial activity, including patterns indicative of money laundering or fraud.
• The Player fails to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by 777pin.
• 777pin is required to suspend or terminate the account by order of PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other government authority.
• The Player has submitted a voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon account termination for cause, 777pin reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation establishes fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where no fraud or breach is established, the remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonus-derived funds) will be returned to the Player.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777pin support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 3 business days.

777pin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using the 777pin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777pin implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between the Player's device and the 777pin platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Player payment data is handled in accordance with the security standards of the applicable payment network (GCash, BancNet, etc.).

777pin does not sell, rent, or trade personal player data to third parties for independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required by law, by PAGCOR regulation, or as necessary to process transactions and verify identity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 777pin, the Player must first contact 777pin's customer support team to attempt resolution. 777pin commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 777pin's internal complaints process, Players who are Philippine residents may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaint mechanism, consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory authority over 777pin's operations.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

777pin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777pin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 777pin.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the 777pin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
